      According to the announcement, in order to meet the strategic development needs of the company, Sun plans to sign an "Investment Agreement for Efficient N-type Solar Cells and Efficient Photovoltaic Modules Project" with the People's Government of Shucheng County. It will use the existing land of Feimi New Energy to invest in the construction of efficient N-type solar cells and high-efficiency photovoltaic modules projects, build new factories, purchase production equipment, and construct efficient N-type solar cell production lines and solar cell packaging production lines. The estimated total investment of this project is 1.04 billion yuan.
