Anhui, China – May 27, 2025 – SUNROVER announced the successful grid integration of its 1.012 MW (1,012.44 kW) rooftop distributed photovoltaic system in Anhui on May 26, 2025. The project, equipped with 1,447 units of SUNROVER’s 700W N-type TOPCon solar panels and six Solis 200kW grid-tied inverters, marks another step in advancing sustainable energy solutions for industrial applications.
The system is expected to generate approximately 1.21 million kWh of clean electricity annually, harnessing Anhui’s abundant solar resources. This output will reduce the host facility’s annual electricity costs by ¥847,000 (around $123,000 USD), based on local industrial electricity rates of ¥0.70 per kWh. Environmentally, the project will offset roughly 950 metric tons of CO₂ emissions each year, equivalent to removing over 200 gasoline-powered vehicles from the roads, aligning with regional decarbonization goals.
Central to the project’s success is SUNROVER’s proprietary TOPCon technology, manufactured through its automated high-power production line. This facility enables the mass production of 700W+ solar modules, achieving industry-leading efficiency rates above 22.8% and ensuring robust performance in diverse conditions. The company’s expertise extends to customized photovoltaic system design, where engineers tailor configurations to optimize energy output, space utilization, and return on investment for clients across sectors.
SUNROVER continues to expand its footprint in the renewable energy market, leveraging its TOPCon innovation and adaptive solutions to meet global demand for efficient, scalable solar infrastructure. With a focus on R&D and strategic partnerships, the company remains poised to support China’s carbon neutrality objectives while delivering economic and environmental value to businesses worldwide.
